Yesterday was my first time to fly on Southwest Airine, from BWI to RDU (NC). I love the friendly and efficient services they provided. The seat is roomy and comfortable. The fly is safe and on time. And the best of all, they don't charge fees of checked-in baggage. I feel a kind of relieved that I didn't have to stuck in traffic for 6 hours (one way) in order to visit Duke University. I can come back home at the same day. It saved me a lots of time of traveling and avoid the troubles to book a hotel room.
To me, it has been a great experience and adventure.
